Research & Insights Specialist

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Own and manage end-to-end process of conducting a research project based on objectives or research requests set by CEO (e.g., user insights analysis, competitor benchmarking, market or industry trends)
- Define, scope and structure the problem statement of each research project to ensure it comprehensively covers the demands of requestors
- Prioritise or segment users, competitors, products and issues, based on criteria suitable for each research project
- Design research methodology, which may involve calculating and sourcing necessary number of respondents or focus group participants to ensure statistical validity, or identifying necessarysources of information
- Conduct research, which may involve both primary research (e.g., surveys, focus groups, userinterviews) or secondary research (e.g., desktop research, expert interviews, social listening)
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses on data and information collected
- Translate analyses into easy-to-understand formats (e.g., graphs, charts, profiling, slides)
- Synthesise findings into actionable insights or recommendations for end users
- Prepare and present results to CEO, senior leadership and other Departments
- Monitor, track and execute project to ensure timely delivery of output to requestor within theagreed timeline
- Train or advise representatives from other Departments in conducting research projects withintheir own Departments
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Psychology is preferable)
- Min. 1-2 years of work experience in Business Analysis and/or Market Research
- Both qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Fast-paced, independent thinker
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent ability to conduct interviews / focus groups and uncover deep insights
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and able to drive end-to-end projects with limited guidance
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- Knowledgeable about strategic analysis
- Familiar with brand performance, benchmarking, and customer journey
- Fluent in English
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint /Excel)
- (Bonus) Basic skills in SPSS
